Commercial UV-C Air & Surface Disinfection

In most commercial buildings the air-conditioning system is quietly working against indoor air quality. Cooling coils and drain pans stay damp and grow biofilm and mould, which the airflow then carries through the building. A fouled coil also loses efficiency: even a thin biofilm can push up energy use and maintenance costs. On top of that, ordinary filtration does nothing for the pathogens and VOCs that pass straight through it, or for the surfaces that get re-contaminated between cleans.
UV-C and related air-treatment technologies deal with all three problems at once: they disinfect the air, keep the coil clean, and in some cases reach surfaces around the room. The trick is matching the right technology to the actual job. That is what we do.

In-duct UV-C, coil disinfection & APCO
The workhorse for commercial HVAC. High-output UV-C keeps cooling coils and drain pans free of biofilm and disinfects the airstream, while the zero-ozone APCO stage breaks down VOCs and odours. Ideal for offices, medical centres, hospitality and any building where the air handler is the place to start.
Continuous air & surface disinfection
Fits inside the ductwork and sends low-level hydrogen peroxide out with the airflow, so it treats surfaces as well as air, continuously, with the room occupied. Well suited to healthcare, aged care, schools and offices that need surface reach a duct lamp can’t give.
Cold storage & food processing
For cold rooms, meat chillers and food production we use continuous units built for wash-down environments, backed by independent shelf-life and hygiene trial data. Where a project needs it, we design and fabricate bespoke industrial systems to suit the site.
